WRIGHT-McCRACKEN. – At the Decker House, in this city, by Dr. P. L. Lake, Justice of the Peace, on the 19th inst., Mr. Charles Wright and Rachel McCracken.
RENNE – KELLOGG. – By Dr. P. L. Lake, Justice of the Peace, at the residence of the bride’s mother, in this city, on Thursday, November 20th, 1873, Mr. John J. Renne, of Illinois, and Miss Alice B. Kellogg, of Maquoketa.
WAGONER – HARAN. – At the residence of the bride’s parents, on Thursday, November 20, by the pastor of the M. E. Church, Dr. J. G. Wagoner and Miss Nettie Saran, all of this city.
COTTON – WALKER. – At the residence of the bride’s parents in Clinton, on the morning of Thursday, November 20, Rev. J. G. Cowden officiating, Hon. A. R. Cotton, of Lyons, member of Congress, and Miss Hattie E. Walker, daughter of Mr. M. J. Walker, one of the editors of the Clinton Herald.
EATON – SMITH. – By T. Wilbur, at his residence in this city, Tuesday, Nov. 25th, 1873, Mr. Josiah Eaton, of Sharon township, and Mrs. Mary A. Smith, of Farmers Creek township, Jackson county.
HOOVLER – DOTY. – In this city, on Wednesday, November 26, by Rev. N. F. Hoyt, Mr. E. H. Hoovler, of Maquoketa, and Miss Ann Doty, of Nashville.
