Rev. R. W. Milner, pastor of the M. E. Church, in this city, has gone to attend the District annual Conference. Mr. Milner has been out one year in Maquoketa, and being so popular with his congregation, he will, without doubt, be sent back. If he goes away he will be missed by a large circle of friends.
