APPOINTED ADMINISTRATOR OF HER HUSBAND'S ESTATE
Dec 5. (1925) - Mrs. Barbara Meinke has been appointed administrator of the estate of her deceased husband, William F. Meinke. The estate which is estimated at $40,000 real estate and $1.000 personal property, is to be given to the widow, one third to be hers absolutely, and the remainder to be hers so long as she remains his widow. Upon her death, or in event of her remarriage, it is to be divided equally among the three children, Mrs. Clara Dyer, Louis Meinke, and Albert Meinke. W. L. Keck is probating attorney.
