Michael & Margaret Cox-Margaret was born in Galway County, Ireland and went to London, England at the age of about fourteen to work as a domestic. She later married. Her husband died about 1858 and she immigrated to America. Sometime later she came to Prairie Creek Township and married widower, Michael Cox. They lived on a farm immediately adjacent to Bernard (Lavern Hentges house). Michael died about 1886.
