GRACE HOLIHAN

Mrs. Grace Holihan, president of the Maquoketa Business and Professional Women's Club, has been a member for five years. She held the offices as chairman of the hospitality committee, membership chairman and vice-president in succeeding years prior to becoming president. Mrs. Holihan works in the first-aid department at Clinton Machine Company. She also handles insurance for employees. She began her work there in November, 1950, shortly after the plant moved here.

Mrs. Holihan likes to travel and read. Her main hobby is raising African violets. She is a member of the Methodist church and is active in Circle Five of the W. S. C. S. and the Pythian Sister Temple No. 138, Pope Rebekah Lodge No. 136 and the American Legion Auxiliary.
