FRANK KECK

While Frank Keck is not a county officer and has no office in the court house, yet there are few who spend more time in that building than he, for he has the past 29 years been digging through the records of the Recorder's office preparing abstracts for people of this county whenever a transfer of property is made. Recently he got out an abstract for some Green Island land that held more transfers than any document of the kind in his entire experience of the kind in his entire experience. On this abstract there are just 165 entries of different kinds and makes a bundle that is seldom seen arounf Jackson County in like proportion.
