Dick McMeans the New Warden

Word reaches us by telephone that R. F. McMeans of Perry township has been elected Warden of the Poor Farm by the Board of Supervisors now in session. Warden Edwards was not a candidate for re-election. The new Warden has held the position before and is well qualified. His many friends, including the LEADER, will congratulate Warden-elect McMeans and wish him a successful administration.
