Jackson Sentinel, Maquoketa, Iowa, March 2, 1876

J. F. H. Sugg, marble dealer of Preston has the contract to erect the monument over the remains of the late Dr. Coleman Amos, of Preston. The monument will be a fine piece of workmanship, nearly twelve feet high, entirely of marble, weighing about four tons, and somewhere near $1,000.
