Industrious and honest laboring men who want to secure a home for themselves by simply paying rent to the amount of the purchase price, should call Mrs. N. R. Allen, who offers six houses for sale in monthly installments. She has tried leasing these houses on reasonable terms, but finds this class of renters, as a rule, consider themselves under very little obligation to pay up, and in consequence has lost about $240 in the past two years. By the plan she proposes, however, there will be a strong incentive to pay up promptly.
