Sabula Gazette, January 15, 1878.
COLONEL R. L. WESTBROOK, whose card appears in the Gazette, is working up a good business in his line. The Colonel was County Judge in California several years and during the War was raised from the ranks to Colonel. He has two commisions on parchment, one signed by President Abraham Lincoln, the other by President Andrew Johnson, both of which he prizes highly. We wish the Colonel the best of success, and commend him to public favor.
