Dental Association – The Northern Iowa Dental Association, which met in our city last week, was well attended, and the exercises interesting and instructive to the profession. Essays were read, and the subjects thus introduced were discussed by those present and much valuable information given, Drs. P. C. Branch, of Vinton, and Sterneman, of Cedar Rapids, were expelled from the society, for unprofessional conduct. The officers for the ensuing year are: President – J.T. Abbott, of Manchester; Vice-President – Dr. A. S. Hodge, of Maquoketa; Secretary – A.V. Eaton, of Anamosa; Corresponding Secretary – M. D. Gable, of Dubuque; Treasurer – C. Poor, of Dubuque. The next meeting is to be held at Anamosa in June, 1871. – Waterloo Reporter.
