Deb, per Pilot Grove Cemetery records:

Elvin H died 27 August 1898 - aged 2 yrs 4 mos 25 days. Son of J.C. and E.B.

Both newspaper articles we have show age as 12 yrs, 4 months, 25 days. Should be 2 yrs, 4 mos, 25 days.

Can't read the dates on the findagrave tombstone photo. Hopefully, someone will confirm accuracy as to dates on the tombstone.
