Jeff Slaymaker, born to Brian and Marcell Slaymaker on April 9, 1964 in
Iowa, passed into eternal life as a believer in Jesus Christ on July 3, 2024, from
a cardiac event. He had lived most of his life in Greeley, Colorado where he
graduated from Greeley Central High School in 1982. He was a long time employee of
Andersen’s Sales & Salvage.

In March 2008 he married his long time girlfriend & mother of his child,
Connie Warehime. He also had the privilege of helping to raise 2 more sons who
came with that union.

In his life he spent many years racing motorcycles, hunting, fishing, &
camping. In most recent years, due to an injury, he spent most of his time
teaching his son skills to help him take care of his own family. He also enjoyed
time with his family including 2 grandsons, his dogs, & usually had a joke.

He is survived by both parents, Brian Slaymaker & Marcy Kromminga, his
wife Connie, his sons Brian (Amber) Slaymaker, Shane Warehime, & Chris
Warehime as well as 2 grandsons Hayden & Logan. He is also survived by his
sisters Annette (Art), Ashley(Jerod), & Carrie(Frank) as well as many nieces,
nephews, aunts, uncles, & cousins. He was preceded in death by all of his
grandparents, 4 uncles, & a brother.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Calvary Chapel of Greeley (2602 W.
27th St. Greeley, CO 80634) on Monday August 5th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
