Lori Ann Kelly was born March 19, 1969 in Evanston, Illinois, the daughter of Ron Partington and Patricia Simmons. Lori enjoyed doing crafts and spending time with her family. She died Sunday, February 12, 2023 at her home near Williamsburg at the age of 53 years.

She is survived by her four children, Craig Kelly and Tim Kelly both of Williamsburg, Erin Kelly of Rockfalls, Illinois and Kayla Chesmore of Moscow, Iowa; 8 grandchildren; her parents, Ron Partington of Chicago and Pat Conti of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas and two sisters, Christy Cosmano of Prosper, Texas and Kelli Partington of South Elgin, Illinois. She was preceded in death by an aunt Sherry.
