Weston Marshall Grimm of Roosevelt, Utah passed away on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2022 at his home.

Cremation took place in Utah and his ashes will be spread in the special places he loved.

Celebration of Life Gathering will be 2-5 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Parnell Hall in Parnell, Iowa.

Wes was born Aug. 22, 1983 to Randy E. Grimm and Kathy Holden. He graduated from Williamsburg High School and also from Kirkwood College with an AA degree in carpentry.

Wes loved FAST! He participated in extreme sports on snow, water, sand, dirt and highways. He built and remodeled homes around the area with his Dad and later moved to Utah to be with his siblings. He worked in the oil fields, and later bought his own semi, that he named “Gimm Reaper.”

He is survived by his mother Kathy Holden Bro (Todd), brother, Chad (Angela) Grimm, and their children; Mishayla Kleinmeyer, Jayden Grimm, Jaxson Grimm; sister, Jessica Grimm (Lance); a step mother, Deb Grimm; great niece, Ava Kleinmeyer. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends he met all over the United States while driving by the love of his life, Erica Lynn Searle, her son Wilder and an unborn baby.

He is preceded in death by his father, Randy E. Grimm.

If you met Wes, you would never forget him. He was ornery, adventuresome, loving, daredevil, full of wit. His goal was to make people laugh. He had his own special laugh. If you loved Wes and he loved you . . . you were truly blessed.
