Lyle Lester Moore, age 82 of Marengo, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids. No services will be held.

Lyle Lester Moore was born June 22, 1939 in Marengo, Iowa, the son of Robert L and Ella May Moore. He was in the Air Force for 4 years. He was married to Randa Lee Neuhaus on June 12, 1965 in Marengo, Iowa. She passed away Sept. 2, 2017. Lyle was employed at Amana Refrigeration for 42 ½ years.

Lyle is survived by his 3 daughters Lisa (Jeff) Cornell of Altoona, Tara (Jeff) Howe of Marengo and Shela (Rod) Delay of Marion; 4 grandchildren Tabitha (Shawn), Zachary (Crystal), Michael and Tisha and 3 great grandchildren Hunter, Jordan and Charlie. Also surviving is a sister Elaine (Cliff) Andersen of Fairfax and a brother Larry Moore of Marengo.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Ila Williams.
