Jose Angel Aguas Jr., was born on November 5, 1981 in Brownsville, Texas. Titino, as his family called him, was the most caring and kindhearted son to his parents, Jose Angel Sr. & Martha (Arriaga) Aguas. Jose married his high school sweetheart Sandra Longoria on June 21, 2003 in their local church Trinity Baptist church in Brownsville, Texas.

Jose worked for Monsanto/Bayer for 13+ years and later started working as a truck driver for LL Pelling. He enjoyed listening to music, caring for his family, working hard to maintain his daughters, but most of all loved his accomplishments. Jose worked hard ever since he was young and wished he could live long to accomplish everything he wanted.

Tino's smile brought warmth to your heart and his hugs were very strong that made you feel secure. His garden became his second home because Tino dedicated so much time to it and made him happy to watch it bloom every spring. He loved to barbeque while playing music and loved to have the company of his siblings even if it was just one, that made him so happy. He was the best chef you could ever have ate a plate from. There wasn't never a dull moment with him. He was always kept a positive attitude towards life and was a man of faith.

Jose walked into the presence of our mighty Lord on Friday September 3, 2021 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, at the age of 39 years old.

He is survived by his wife Sandra A. Longoria of Parnell; two daughters Alexia Nichole Aguas born in December 5, 2004 and Angel Lee Aguas born May 18, 2006; his parents Jose & Martha Aguas; seven siblings Claudia I. Aguas, Jessica Aguas, Christy Aguas, Luis A. Aguas, Frances C. Aguas, David L. Aguas and Sandra S. Aguas; and his grandmother Margarita Orozco de Aguas. Mother-in-law Maria Tovar, father-in- law Gerardo Longoria Perez, Brother-in- law David Longoria.

He was preceded by his maternal grandparents Matilde Arriaga Vasquez and Serafin Arriaga Ramos; and grandfather Francisco Aguas Martinez.
