Death of an Iowan Pioneer

Victor, Ia. Jan. 23. – Isa S. Richards, a pioneer citizen of eastern Iowa, who located here nearly fifty years ago, and who for forty years has been an extensive operator in western real estate, died here Tuesday. His only son, M. V. Richards, of Washington, D. C., general land an industrial agent of the Southern Railway and Mobile and Ohio railroads , and six daughters, who reside in the west, survive him.
