Funeral service for Delphine E. Vander Hamm, 95, Marengo, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Marengo. She died Friday, Marchl 30, 2018, at Rose Haven Nursing Home, Marengo.

The Rev. Andrew Gray will officiate. Burial will be in the Marengo Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at the church, prior to services.

A memorial fund has been established.

Delphine E. Vander Hamm was born June 20, 1922, in Ireton, the daughter of Oscar and Anna Rassler Vander Hamm. She was employed at Collins Radio Company in Cedar Rapids from 1942 to 1982. She retired and moved to Marengo, where she was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. She enjoyed quilting, crossword puzzles and playing Pinochle.

Delphine is survived by nieces, nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Clellan and Eugene Vander Hamm, and a sister, Darlene E. Vander Hamm Hacker.
