Mark Brian Ackerman, 58, of Fillmore, Utah, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017 in his home with his wife and stepdaugter by his side.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at Knoll Ridge Country Club in North English on Friday, Sept. 15 from 4-7 p.m.

Private graveside services will be held at the North English Cemetery on Saturday, Sept. 16 at 11 a.m.

Mark was born on June 3, 1959 in Albert Lee, Minnesota to Philip and Georgene [Hintz] Ackerman. He graduated from English Valleys High School in 1977.

Mark loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisher and golfer.

Mark is survived by his wife, Deana Bundy Ackerman; Deana's children and grandchildren; his siblings, Patrick Ackerman of North English, Timothy (Alice) Ackerman of Onalaska, WI, Paul (Jane) Ackerman of North English, James (Corinna) Ackerman of Wayland, Georgia (Greg) Gent of Wellman, Alan (Mari) Ackerman of South English; and his grandson, Drake Von Landon.

Mark was proceeded in death by his parents, Philip and Georgene Ackerman; his sons, Brian Mark Ackerman and Brian James Landon; and his nieces, Faith Douglas and LeAnn Ackerman.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Deana for final expenses would be greatly appreciated.
