Izabella Rae Loffer, age 2, of Williamsburg, passed away on July 3, 2017, at the University of Iowa Hospital. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m., Monday July 10, 2017, at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, Iowa. Private family funeral services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in the Zion Cemetery, rural Ladora. Memorials can be contributed in Bella’s name to www.kennediskisses.org.

Izabella Rae Loffer was born October 28, 2014, at St. Lukes Hospital, Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Christopher and Amanda Loffer. She joined sisters Tiah, Madison, Abigail, Sherra and brother Hunter. Bella’s first home was in Belle Plaine. While living there, she was baptized at the Belle Plaine United Church of Christ where she attended worship with her family. She later moved to Millersburg and recently to Williamsburg. Bella was a friendly, loving child always enjoying the attention she would receive from her siblings parents and anyone else who happened to be around. She always had a hug to give and a smile to share. Bella received her angel wings on July 3, 2017. She leaves many memories to be cherished by her parents, Chris Loffer and Amanda Loffer, her siblings Tiah, Hunter, Maddy, Abby, Sherra, her grandparents Bob and Audrey Loffer, Leta Huber, a special grandma Donna Fugate and many aunts, uncles and cousins as well as other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Kenneth Huber, a great uncle Don Huber and special grandfather Don Fugate.
