Funeral services for Robert G. Moser, 55, Cedar Rapids, formerly of Williamsburg, were held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 2, at the Uhlmann-Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg. He died at his home Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1993, following a long illness.

The Rev. Forrest Krummel, First Presbyterian Church, Williamsburg, officiated at the service.

Burial was in Genoa Bluff Cemetery, rural Ladora. Casket bearers were David Karr, Donald Herb, Ray Offerman, Don Nemec, Butch Milling and Mike Lamphier. Honorary pallbearer was James Kleinmeyer.

A memorial has been established for Hospice of Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids.

Robert G. Moser was born May 6, 1938, near williamsburg, the son of Elmer B. and Wanda Heitman Moser. He graduated from Williamsburg High School in 1956. He lived in Iowa City before moving to cedar Rapids where he lived most of his adult life.

Moser is survived by two sons, Robert L. Moser, Plantation, Fla., and James R. Moser, Cedar Rapids: two daughters, Julie Corkery, Cedar Rapids, and Jacqueline Moser, Bartlett, Ill; two granddaughters, Amber and Stephanie Corkery;

Also, his mother, Wanda Moser, Williamsburg, and one sister, Karen Sojka, Harlan.

He was preceded in death by his father, in 1984.
