Unionville, Mo.

Susan J. Olson Michel, 71, of Unionville, Mo., passed away Thursday, March 11, 2014, at her home in Mesa, Ariz.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Michel; her children, Kristen Horan (Jim) and Rick Michel (Heather); grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Jonathan, Mollie, Emily and Bailey; two sisters, Jane and Mary Lou; plus many more nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Susan lived a very active life which included fishing, golfing, gardening and cooking. Susan's number one enjoyment in life was spending time at the lake with her grandchildren.

Her presence filled a room, her smile will be missed, but her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Susan was preceded in death by her first husband, Arnie Wigans; and daughters, Karmen and Kari.

Services and interment will be held at a later date in Bode, Iowa.
