BETTY JANE WOODRUM

Betty Jane Woodrum, 57, of rural Ladora, died Sept. 19, at University Hospitals in Iowa City.

She was the daughter of Dale and Alta Davis Bricker, born Feb. 12, 1929 at the family home, rural Ladora. She attended Ladora school and lived all her life in the Ladora area.

On April 12, 1949, she was married to Dean R. Woodrum.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Debbie) Chittick of Ladora, Mrs. Michael (Dawn) Smith of Ladora; four grandchildren, and one brother, Dean Bricker of Victor.

Services were held Sept. 23 at the McAninch-Fremming Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Barrick of the Methodist Church of Ladora officiating. Burial was in the IOOF Cemetery, Victor.
