Williamsburgh Journal, Williamsburgh (Iowa Co.), Iowa, 1 October 1886, p. 3, c. 5.
DIED;--At the family residence in North English, Sept. 23rd., MISS ETTA STEWART, aged about 20 years.
Thus another one, in the meridian of blooming womanhood, has been called from loved friends, to the golden shores of that sun bright clime. One who was the idol of the home, the joy of the social circle, in the prime of life, has closed her eyes on earth forever, and friends are left to mourn. How sad, how lonely the home, when one is absent, but out into the great unknown, somewhere we look for a clime where all is pure, and eternal, where no sickness ever enters, but where we shall all meet in a glad recognition, and forever bask beneath the tree of life.
