Christopher was born the son of Terry and Wendy Jurgemeyer Roberts on August 18, 1988, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He was raised in Victor and graduated with the HLV High School class of 2007. Following his education he was employed at Victor Manufacturing and was a materials handler.

Christopher had a way of painting a better picture on most things in life. He was a positive and confident person who always made time for others. He excelled in athletics and was a four-time state wrestling qualifier, a two-time state track qualifier, and made it to the state quarterfinals as a member of the 2006 HLV Warrior football team. His enjoyments included ice fishing, riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family and friends, especially his niece and nephew Evelyn and Kyler, listening to music, and attending Iowa Hawkeye football games. His memory will live on through the lives of those he touched.

Christopher is survived by his parents, Terry and Wendy Roberts of Victor; his brothers Jeremy (Melanie) Mahan of Newhall, Iowa and Cody Roberts of Brooklyn, Iowa; his sisters Ashley and Macie Roberts of Victor; his paternal grandmother Jean Roberts of Victor; his maternal grandparents Gilbert and Darlene Jurgemeyer of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his niece and nephew Evelyn and Kyler Mahan of Newhall, Iowa; and several aunts and uncles.

Christopher was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Darold “Shorty” Roberts in 2000; his maternal grandmother Evelyn Jurgemeyer in 1990; and his cousin Susie Jane Roberts in 2007.
