David L. Bunn, age 60 of Victor, died Sunday, December 30, 2007 at his home following a sudden illness. Memorial services: 3:30 P.M. Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the Victor American Legion Hall with Chaplain Delmar Bayer officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 P.M. on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the Victor American Legion Hall. A memorial fund has been established.

He is survived by his mother, Ardis Bunn of Marengo; three brothers, Gary Bunn of Marengo, Larry Bunn of Amana, and Richard Bunn of Victor; and two sisters, Linda Schmidt of Williamsburg and Megen Bunn of Des Moines.

He was preceded in death by his father Nobel in 2003, and a brother Kenneth Dean in infancy.

David Louis Bunn was born April 28, 1947 in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Nobel and Ardis Wright Bunn. He received his education in the Victor schools. He was employed at Seton Groceries in Victor for 30 years. He also was a bartender at the D & P Tap in Victor. David enjoyed fishing and watching football. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
