Williamsburgh Journal, Williamsburgh (Iowa Co.), Iowa, 3 February 1888, p3.
Mr. M. Duffy, who met with such a very sad accident by the discharge of a gun, is - we learn - lying in a very critical condition, but the attending physicians, Drs. Schnell and Martin, entertain every hope of his speedy recovery. Mr. J. Duffy has had his share of trouble during the past, and we hope the future may remove all these troubles and that "Mike" may be spared to them, and grow up the promising young man he is.
