HI,
I found Eldon P. Carter in the Delayed Records book. He was not in the original records of births, but later filed to have in recorded (probably social security reasons). It says; Elson P. Carter, born March 7,1912 in Corwin Township, Ida County, Iowa. Father-Alonzo Carter-born Indiana-42, farmer. Mother-Lorena? Ann White-born Indiana-37. Midwife-Mrs. C.S. Stocker.
Delayed Records-Book 6-Page 38.
