I am writing on a bit of a tanget. I have a painting by a Max Hoy; not sure if it is the same Max Hoy listed as a child of Memphis; I'm trying to find out information on the artist. The painting appears to be done in oils and is a small landscape of a wooded mountain area. Please let me know if this might possibly have been painted by your Max. Best of luck with your search.
