My lost uncle

Dear sirs

On access genealogy i found that Louis Michaelsen had section 4 in 1920. How can I get to know more about who he was. Were he was born i.e. And were he went because in 1923 I do not think he owned it anymore or am I wrong. He might be my uncle. We have the same name.
