Obituary
Died – Mrs. Sarah Young, wife of Jerry Young of this place, died on Tuesday morning, Jan 23, 1894, of diabetes, aged 65 years, four months and twenty six day. Mrs. Young has lived in this vicinity for the past eighteen years and has been a member of the M. E. church for many years. She leaves a husband, six boys and one daughter, all of whom have grown to man and womanhood. The obsequies will take place in the M. E. church on Thursday, at 2 p.m., Rev. S. L. Eddy officiating. The many friends of the bereaved ones will greatly sympathize with them in this their great bereavement, the loss of a kind, loving Christian wife and mother.
