Mrs. John Wehde Dies in S. Dakota
Friends and relatives received the sad news Wednesday morning that Mrs. John Wehde had died at a hospital in Sioux Falls, S. D. following an illness of some years. Mrs. Albert Bremer and Mrs. William Walker are daughters of the deceased.
Mr. and Mrs. Albert Bremer drove to Sioux Falls Friday afternoon and Mr. William Walker and Mrs. Annie Wiede and Mrs. Gladys Raabe as well as other relatives were in attendance at the funeral which was held Saturday. Mrs. William Walker had gone to see her mother and also Mrs. Martha Weede the previous week. Mrs. Betty Bremer, who teaches school at Carroll, Nebr. came to Sioux City Friday and she accompanied her parents to Sioux Falls, S. D., and attended her grandmother’s funeral Saturday. She returned Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Bremer, to Sioux City and she met Darlene Bremer and drove back to Wayne, Nebr. where Darlene is attending her second year of college and Betty went back to Carroll, where she is teaching school.
