Boy Is Born To Earl Hultgrens; 1958’s First Baby
Winner of the First Baby contest sponsored by eight local merchants is Jon Russell Hultgren who was born at the Ida Grove hospital at 12:34 a.m., January 2, 1958. Parents of the nine pound boy are Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hultgren, Ida Grove. He is the only boy in the family which includes two girls. His sisters are Mary Jo, 11, and Ann Renee, 7.
