Funeral services for Tedmar Brodale were held June 19 (1972), in St. Olaf Lutheran Church at Bode with Pastor Paul Otto of Humboldt officiating. Burial was in St. Olaf Cemetery, with Schellhammer Funeral Home of West Bend in charge.

Tedmar Maurice Brodale, son of Gilbert and Severina Brodale, was born October 29, 1911, on a farm near Ottosen where he grew up and received his education.

He was united in marriage to Corrine Lomen at Dakota City, Neb., April 10, 1943.

He farmed all his life in the Ottosen-Bode community and died last Thursday evening at Bethesda General Hospital in Fort Dodge, where he was admitted that afternoon.

He was a member of St. Olaf Lutheran Church.

Surviving are one son and two daughters: Ted Brodale Jr. of Bode; Margaret Brodale of Davenport and Mary Brodale of Omaha, Neb. Also surviving are one grandson; three sisters and three brothers - Mrs. Laura Berge of Bode, Mrs. Olga Olson of Fort Dodge, Mrs. Sarah Zorn and Glenn Brodale of Ceylon, Minn., and Art Brodale of Ottosen.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Corrine, in 1970, one brother and two sisters.

During the service Conrad Rossing sang "Just As I Am" and "How Great Thou Art." Accompanist was Mrs. David Engel.

Casket bearers were Arnold Brodale, Garwin Sorlien, Glen Brodale Jr., Dale Olson, Dr. Richard Berge and G. Winston Little. Floral Committtee members were Mrs. Walter Bakken, Mrs. Darrell Johnson and Mrs. Donald Kinne.
