Funeral services for Mrs. Alfred M. Nelson, 75, of Goldfield were held today (Saturday) at 2 p.m. at the Goldfield United Presbyterian church.

The Rev. Kay Mills officiated and burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Nelson was the mother of Mrs. Merle D. Arends of Humboldt. She died Wednesday at the Sisson Nursing Home, Humboldt, where she had been a patient about two months.

The former Clara Louise Ulvin, she was born and reared in Humboldt county and married Alfred Nelson in 1917.

The farmed in the Evergreen area until retiring in 1952. Mrs. Nelson was a member of the Goldfield United Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her husband; four children, Curtis, Milton and Donald, all of Goldfield, and Mrs. Arends; 15 grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Edwin Nelson of Goldfield.
