Mr. Christian Kinseth passed away Monday after a long lingering illness. He was born in Land, Norway, 67 years ago. He emigrated to Iowa in 1876 where he has engaged in farming until a year ago. In 1890 he married Beatha Olson who has been his faithful helper all these years.

To this union were born twelve children: Mrs. Anton Mitsven (Amanda); Mrs. Axel Enger (Laura); Mrs. Art Pederson (Otilia) of Bradgate; Mrs. Eli Selvig (Helda); Mrs. Edward Parsons (Cora); Mina, who passed away a few years ago; the twins Edwin and Emil; Agnes; Theodore; Mildred and Ruth. Mr. C.L. Kinseth was the oldest of 15 children, twelve of who are still living: Mrs. K.J. Lomen; Mrs. Ole Torkelson of Hazelton, N.D.; A.L. Kinseth; L.L. Kinseth; O.L. Kinseth; Ben Kinseth; John Kinseth; Mrs. Louis Larson; Mrs. J.P. Jensen; Ed Kinseth of Colton, S.D.; Mrs. Elmer Pederson and Mrs. Carl Sorlien, Rawson, N.D. All were present except Mrs. Torkelson and Mrs. Sorlien. One little girl died in her infancy and Henry passed away a few years ago.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday at St. Olaf's church, his brothers acting as pall bearers. Interment was at the Lutheran cemetery.
