Debbie Kay Frank, 47, 214 Mars Hill Dr., Clear Lake, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2003 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient, Unit, Mason City, Iowa.

Funeral services were held Friday Nov. 14, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake.

The Rev. Ed, Bartz officiated. Following the service she was cremated.

Inurnment will take place at Indian Mound Cemetery, Humboldt, Iowa, at a later date.

Memorials may be given to the Debbie Frank Memorial Fund in c/o Ada Hill, 214 Mars Hill Drive., Clear Lake, Iowa 50428.

Debbie was born July 10, 1957, in Algona, Iowa the daughter of Lynn & Eugenia {Bosch} Tobey.

At the time of her death she was working at Libery Square in Nora Springs.

Debbie is survived by her husband Randy Frank; children Sean and Brandon Frank, and Adam, Angie, and Drew Rosendahl; and granddaughter Alexis Rosendahl, siblings, Ada Hill, Bonnie Scheibel and her husband Rudy, Terry Tobey and his wife Ozzie, and Dwayne Tobey and his wife, Becky; sister-in-law, Darlene Tobey; and many neices & nephews.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Janice Van Horn and Connie Funk, brothers, Richard Tobey and infant brother Bruce Tobey.
