Death of Former Cresco Resident.
Fred Woellstein hands us a copy of the Santa Ana, California Blade containing a brief note of the death of H. Y. Ernest on Jan. 4th at his home in that city at the age of 82 years. The deceased was for several years a resident of this vicinity owning a farm south of Cresco, later entering business here on Market street with his son-in-law, under the name of Ernst & Flood, selling later to Mr. Woellstein and both families removing to Santa Ana about twenty years ago.
