Gus Leitz passed away Thursday night at his daughter’s home in Old Town. The funeral was held in the Presbyterian church Wednesday.

Transcriber’s Note: His gravestone in Pleasant Hill Cemetery shows his name was August and that he was born August 26, 1841 and died March 21, 1915.
