Preston Farmer Gored to Death.
William O. Kleimenhagen, a retired farmer living at Preston, Minn., went to his farm Thursday to help the boys with some work. In cros{s]ing a pasture on the farm he was attacked by a bull and gored to death. His son had warned him that he had better not go through the pasture, but he armed himself with a pitchfork. As he often went to visit neighbors near the farm, it was thought he had gone to visit, and they did not look for him to return until about dark. When going to the pasture for the cattle his mangled body was found, the pitchfork only a few feet from him.Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born in 1854 and died Sept. 4, 1913. He is buried in United Methodist Cemetery in Preston, MN.
