The funeral of Mr. Arthur Henry Nicolls, who died Feb. 23, 1913, aged 53 years, took place from the family residence at Cordova Bay to St. Luke's church, Cedar Hill, where service was conducted by Rev. H. A. Collison. There was a large attendance and many beautiful floral tributes covered the bier. The remains were interred in St. Luke's cemetery—The Daily Colonist. Vancouver Island. B. C., Feb. 27.
The deceased was the husband of Edith E. Nicolls, daughter of the late Rev. C. A. Marshall, and will be remembered by many of our people, as he, with his wife and daughter, spent a considerable part of the summer, two years ago, among Cresco relatives The family were residents of London, England, until that time, Mr. Nicolls being in the employ of one of that city's banks until his health failed.
