Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hall attended the funeral of Mrs. Geo. Hall at Lime Springs, Wednesday,

The funeral of Mrs. Geo. Hall was held in the Presbyterian church Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Jones preaching the sermon. Revs. Williams and Maxwell assisted in the services. The church was crowded to the doors. A large display of flowers were in evidence. A beautiful star, the gift of the members of the Eastern Star, of which the deceased was a member, rested on the coffin. Members of the Eastern Star and Royal Neighbors occupied seats in the center of the church. She leaves to mourn her departure a husband, son and two daughters. She was sick over four months and died at the age of forty-four years. Those from abroad present at her funeral were Frank Hall, wife and son, Milo Woodward and wife, Mrs. A. Hall and Ira Wheeler, all of Cresco. The interment was in the cemetery east of town.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Nellie who was born in 1869 and died January 27, 1913. She is buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
