OBITUARY.
Peter Herpelinck was born in St. Lawrence, Belgium, Feb. 6, 1848, and died at Moline, Ill., Jan. 18, 1911, after a short illness, aged 63 years, 11 months and 11 days. He came to Howard County, March 25, 1904. The first part of December he left to spend the winter with his son residing at Moline.
He leaves to mourn his loss, one son, Theophiel, of Moline, Ill.; his daughter, Mrs. Ed Velda, of Lime Springs; his brother, Bruno Herpelinck, of Lime Springs, and other relatives residing in Belgium.
He was laid to rest in the Catholic cemetery of East Moline. “May he rest in peace.”
