OBITUARY.
Last Saturday morning the Angel of Death again visited our midst and this time called from us one of the best and most lovable of men, Wm, Reddy. Although Mr. Reddy had been in ill health for nearly eight years, his death was a shock to everyone. He was confined to his bed but two days before death called him.
William Reddy was born in Waukon, Iowa, in 1868, and lived with his parents in that community nearly all his life. June 26, 1901, he was united in marriage with Nellie Monaghan of Cecelia. They settled on a farm in Chickasaw County and remained there until 1904, when they moved onto the John Kildee farm west of Elma where they lived for five years. About a year ago Mr. Reddy’s ill health compelled him to quit farming and he removed last February to Elma where he has since resided. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife, five children
