DIED--At her residence, in Ossian, on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24th, 1876, of consumption of the bowels, Mrs. S. A. Morey, wife of B. S. and mother of W. B. Morey. Aged 60 years, 8 months, and 22 days.

Mrs. Morey was born in Batavia, New York, on the 2nd day of April, 1815, and was married November 19th, 1838, at Darlington, Canada West.

She experienced religion about 28 years ago, and has been a faithful follower of Christ ever since. She died with her trust in God, and said she was prepared to go to her Father.

Her remains were taken to Cresco the next day where they were buried at her request.--Ossian Enterprise
