SUDDEN DEATH

Mr. Stoddard, a citizen of this place died this morning about 11:30 o'clock. He was living by himself, keeping bachelor hall. One day last week he was bitten on the hand by his cat, and soon after his horse kicked him on the back of his hand, and his system being in a bad condition by irregularity of living, and taking cold in the hurt, mortification set in, causing his death. He was out doing his chores yesterday morning.
