Georgia Alberta Hebrink, 86, died of Alzheimer's on Monday, February 25, 2019, at Brookdale Memory Care in Lacrosse, Wisconsin.
Born to Ernest and Fannie (Stockdale) Tibbals on January 7, 1933, in rural Lime Springs, she attended Lime Springs schools and graduated from Lime Springs High School in June 1951.
Immediately after graduation, she married the love of her life, Arlin Hebrink, and the couple farmed in the Lime Springs and Cresco areas before moving to the Granger area. Church was important to Georgia and she served on many committees and belonged to church circles. She also volunteered with the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association. Other interests included Homemakers Club, sewing, making photograph albums of all her family members, reading, and tending to her beloved flower gardens.
Georgia is survived by her three children: Linda (Bruce) Faber of Chandler, Arizona, Janet (Roger) Sinning of Kasson, Minnesota, Mark (Cindy) Hebrink of Harmony; six grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, sisters: Darlene Boehmer, Marie Krueger, and Iva Zirbel, brothers Alton Tibbals and Rex Tibbals, sister-in-law Charlene Hebrink, brother-in-law Jerry (Betty) Hebrink, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Georgia was predeceased by her parents, husband Arlin, and sister Maxine Peter.
Memorials can be made to Harmony United Methodist Church or Greenleafton Cemetery.
