Mrs. D. Flynn died very suddenly at her home in Cresco on Monday last. She has been ailing for years, but on the day of her death feeling somewhat more indisposed than usual, lay down on a couch from which she never rose, death coming swiftly and painlessly. The remains were taken by her husband to their former home in Fillmore county, Minn., for interment.

OBITUARY.
FLYNN.
Ellen Buckley was born in Killaloe, County Clare, Ireland, in 1859, and died in Cresco, Iowa, Monday, July 1, 1907.
She had three brothers and one sister. One brother, Rev. Father Buckley sleeps beneath the sod in his native isle, and two survive, one in Dublin and one in their native town of Killaloe. The sister also came to America, where she died several years ago.
About twenty years ago the subject of the sketch was married to D. H. Flynn, who survives her. They made their home in Filmore county, Minn., where they lived till about three years ago, when they came to Cresco.
One little one was born to Mr. and Mrs. Flynn, but in infancy it responded to the call “Let the little ones come unto me.”
Mrs. Flynn has been in feeble health for many years; suffering with a complication of diseases but was never thot to be in immediate danger, and was around the house only a few minutes before the end came. Saying that she felt tired, she lay down and closed her eyes. Her husband asking if she was going to sleep; to which she said “Yes.” She breathed once, and all was over. She had fallen asleep.
The funeral services were officiated by Rev. O'Connor, of Caramona, and she sleeps in St. John's Cemetery, at that place.
Kind neighbors and friends, both here and at Caramona, did all that can be done to express love and sympathy, and to render assistence to the bereaved husband, who is thus left to bear life's burdens alone.
