Gammons preached the funeral sermon and appropriate music was furnished at the church by the regular choir, and at the home and grave by the W. O. W. male quartette. The large attendance of friends and his lodge brothers spoke eloquently of the love and esteem in which the deceased was held by all his acquaintances.
Among those from a distance who at- tended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Trask of Blunt, S. D., Mrs. Fred Walker of Renwick, Iowa; Mrs. J. F. Jones of Mitchell, Iowa, and Ed. Mc Culla of Osage.
